DELAWARE - The Delaware Department of Natural Resources will have a free public workshop to residents of Kent and Sussex Counties. The seminar will focus on those who need financial and technical assistance to replace failing septic systems. The event has been scheduled for Wednesday June 27 from 3 PM until 7 PM at the First State Community Action Agency in Georgetown. This is part of DNREC's community outreach program to help homeowners.
