Earl Bradley Case Set To Go Back To Court

DELAWARE - The Earl Bradley case is headed back to court. One week ago, a 3 judge panel heard arguments in the appeal of the former Lewes pediatrician's 2011 conviction.

Bradley's defense claims a search of his office, that turned up key evidence, was unconstitutional. It has now been determined, arguments must be heard before all justices of the court.

A date has not been set.
