Information Sought On Armed Suspect Robbery In Georgetown

GEORGETOWN, Del. - Police are looking for information on a suspect in connection with an armed robbery.

Georgetown Police report that a little before 1 AM on Friday, a black male walked into the One Stop/Dash In on DuPont Highway, in Georgetown, pointed a sawed-off shot gun at the clerk, and robbed the store. Police say that the suspect fled South, on foot, with the money.

The suspect is described as a 6 foot tall, black male, weighting around 165 pounds, wearing a black and gray checked hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes, and a cloth pulled over his face.
