Missing New York Father, Lance Gaines' Death Ruled Drowning

OCEAN CITY, Md. - Now to an update on Lance Gaines, the New York father whose body was found last month in Ocean City. We now know how the 22-year-old man died. The medical examiner ruled it accidental, saying he suffered from hypothermia and drowned. His body was found near 32nd street and the bay, just 10 days after he went missing. Lance was last seen having a couple drinks at the Sandbar, in that same area.
