FREDERICA, Del. - Police are investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcycle in Frederica. Delaware State Police report that they got a call early Friday morning about a motorcycle light off the side of the roadway.

An investigation showed that Rudy Rouse, 46, of Milton, was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle on Andrews Lake Road, approaching a sharp curve. Police say that he hit the break, and skid over 150 feet before going over the edge of the road and hitting a tree. Rouse was reportedly not wearing a helmet, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
