Teen Accused Of Breaking Car Windows On Rt. 90

OCEAN PINES, Md. - An Ocean Pines teen has been charged after reportedly breaking car windows with a BB gun. Worcester County Bureau of Investigation reports that they got two calls on May 2nd from drivers on Route 90 who said that their windows were broken by an unknown object.

An investigation led officials to Timothy Fitzgerald, 18, who admitted to police that he used a CO2 powered BB pistol to blow out the windows. Fitzgerald was issued a criminal summons with two counts of malicious destruction of property and two counts of reckless endangerment.
