Evenflo Issues Another High Chair Recall - WMDT 47 News - Delmarva's Choice

WMDT 47 NEWS - Evenflo has announced a recall of its Convertible High Chairs due to a "fall hazard. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall this week. Officials say the activity tray on the high chair can unexpectedly detach and allow an unrestrained child to fall, posing a risk of injury to the child. The recall involves Evenflo high chairs that convert from a high chair to a toddler-size table and chair. The products were sold at Toys "R" Us and Walmart nationwide and online at Walmart.com and Wayfair.com between December 2011 and June 2012 for about $40. Officials say consumers should immediately contact Evenflo for a replacement try with installation and use instructions.
