Drug Seizure Leads To Possession Charges

DENTON, Md. - A large drug seizure puts one Denton man behind bars. The Caroline County Drug Task Force and Denton Police report that they executed a search warrant on a home on Fleetwood Road in Denton.

They say the search turned up over 300 pills classified as controlled dangerous substances, other prescription pills, more than $2,100, and a cell phone. During the search officers also reportedly found two .22 caliber riffles, one with a scope, and three 12 gauge shotguns.

Police arrested Travis Bailey on possession with intent to distribute, and other related charges, and held on $75,000.
