Speed Cameras In Wicomico County School Zones

WICOMICO COUNTY, Md. - After the extended weekend, its back to school on Tuesday, and if you're driving through Wicomico County, slow down! Speed cameras have been set up in school zones, to protect children from unruly drivers. A radar camera will catch you if you're driving 12 miles per hour over the posted speed limit between 6 AM and 8 PM. There's a 30-day grace period beginning Tuesday, but after that violators will get slapped with a $40 fine.
