Wicomico County Takes Action Against Bus Driver

WICOMICO COUNTY, Md. - Action is being taken against a Wicomico County school bus driver. A driver who left a ninth-grader on the side of the road. According to school officials, the Bennett High student had a nosebleed and wanted to get off the bus.

The student reportedly told the driver his mother was going to pick him up, so the driver dropped him off three miles from his home. The Board of Education says that should have never happened and there will be consequences. They, however, did not go into specifics.
