Nomination: "I am nominating Mr. Andy O'neal for a teacher who makes a difference because he is very nice person and likes to work with students at Laurel Middle School to help them inprove there grades and he helps them make a good career out side of Laurel Middle School. Mr. Andy O'neal is a teacher who you can always count on when you need to talk about things that are happening in your life that shouldn't be happening when your a young boy/girl. Mr. O'neal has helped me alot threw my rough years at Laurel Middle School but now that I have a teacher that I can always rely on when I need help with my school work or if I need someone to talk to when things just aren't going my way."
