Dewey Beach Noise Ordinance Under Review

DEWEY BEACH, Del. - This summer, nights in Dewey Beach may be a little quieter.

The Town is considering tougher limits on noise. A committee has recommended lowering the accepted nighttime limits from 75 to 60 decibels and dropping daytime levels from 80 to 70 decibels.

The Town Council gets the final say. They're set to vote on the measure at a meeting on Saturday.
