Pittsville Man Accused Of Prescription Fraud

PITTSVILLE, Md. - A Pittsville man is accused of forging a prescription. The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office reports that Gary Gray dropped off a prescription to be filled.

Police say that after inspection, the pharmacy realized that the prescription was not only a copy, but was also filled out by a doctor who is retired, and doesn't write prescriptions anymore. Gray was arrested and charged with prescription fraud and possession of a forged prescription.
