Delaware Man Accused Of Sexually Touching A Child

MILTON, Del. - A high risk sex offender is behind bars after allegedly sexually touching a child. Milton Police say that they were contacted by a Milton woman who said that her boyfriend, Tyrone Hazzard, 33, of Ellendale, DE, had sexually touched her 9-year-old daughter. A police investigation showed three incidents where Hazzard had touched the victim.

Police say that Hazzard is a high risk sex offender and has previous convictions involving children. Hazzard was arrested and charged with three counts of sex offender unlawful sexual conduct against a child, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He is being held at Sussex County Correctional Institution on $160,000 bond.
