
LINCOLN, Del. - A several month long investigation lead to the arrest of three Lincoln men on drug charges. Delaware State Police report that they executed a search warrant at the Kings Market on Fleatown Road in Lincoln. Police say the investigation was into an employee of the store who was selling drugs during hours of operation.
They say at the store they arrested Ali Smadi, 21, and found a mix of drugs and pills, digital scales, assorted drug paraphernalia, and a stolen laptop computer. The laptop had been reported stolen from a Milton home on April 1st. Police say they also took Fahmi Smadi, 54, and Mohammd Smadi, 19, into custody at another location in connection with the Kings Market search. The relationship between the three men is unknown.
Ali was charged with three counts of possession of a prescription drug without a prescription, receiving stolen property, and other related charges. Fahmi was charged with maintaining a drug property, and possession of a designer drug. Mohammd was charged with two counts of drug dealing.
