Gas Can Theft In Milton

MILTON, Del. - Two Milton residents have been charged after they allegedly stole a gas can from a residence. Milton Police report that Gregory Costin, 18, and Stephanie Schenker, 29, took a gas can from a resident's property on Mermaid Drive in Milton, and left the scene on foot.

Police report that they later saw Costin and Schenker driving in a pick-up truck with an empty gas can in the back. Police say they later discovered that the gas had been poured into the pick-up truck's tank. Both are charged with two counts theft, two counts of 3rd degree criminal trespass, and other related charges.
