POCOMOKE CITY, Md., - Barbara Hancock Ailstock, 86, of Pocomoke City, died on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at Hartley Hall in Pocomoke. Barbara was born on November 17, 1925 to the late Milton and Eva Mason Hancock. She was an avid crocheter who also enjoyed cooking for her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years; Frank C. Ailstock Jr. and a sister; Thelma Hancock. She is survived by two sons; Robert M. Ailstock and his wife Susan of Snow Hill, MD and Stephen Ailstock and his wife Rita of Arnold, MD, five grandchildren; Kyle Ailstock, Marisa Ailstock, Matthew H. Ailstock and his wife Heather, Mason H. Ailstock and his wife Holly and Stephanie E. Ailstock and four great-grandchildren; Ava, Roman, Autumn, Parker

A funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Holloway Funeral Home, 107 Vine Street, Pocomoke City, MD where friends may call from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, April 25, 2011. Rev. Ken Elligson will officiate. Burial will be held in First Baptist Church Cemetery – Pocomoke. Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, 202 Market Street, Pocomoke City, MD.
