
Robert Harold LittletonSALISBURY, Md. - Robert Harold Littleton, 86, of Salisbury, died Saturday, February 18, 2012 at his residence. Born March 11, 1925 in Delmar, he was the son of the late Harold Charles Littleton and Mildred Ellegood Figgs Littleton.
He was a US Army WWII veteran and a member of the Elks Lodge, VFW Post 194, American Legion Post 64 and St. Andrews United Methodist Church. He worked for over 25 years with Peninsula Roofing Company, retiring March 30, 1984 as sales manager. He enjoyed fishing and playing golf.
He is survived by a daughter, Bonnie Kay Littleton Toadvine & her husband, Norman of Parsonsburg; 4 grandchildren, Troy Toadvine & his wife, Jill of Hebron, Jamy Toadvine & his wife, Toni of Salisbury, Amy Davis & her husband, Kenny of Parsonsburg and Steffany Tawes & her husband, Donnie of Salisbury; and 14 great grandchildren: Sydney, Regan, Jasmin, Eryka, Jamy, Eric, Ashton, K.J., Jordan, Kaylee, Kobe, Peyton, Makayla and Braden. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lee Horseman Littleton and a sister, Louise Snedeker.
A funeral service will be held Friday, February 24, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury with Rev. Harold Hamilton officiating. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment with military honors will follow at Wicomico Memorial Park in Salisbury.
