Move Over Slowpokes

DELAWARE - Many of us has cursed the slow driver in the left lane holding up traffic. Now Delaware lawmakers are cracking down on left lane "slowpokes". The bill would designate the left lane for passing only on roads with at least 2 lanes. Motorists could still make legal left-hand turns but would otherwise have to stay to the right. If the bill is passed drivers could be fined up to $230.
