SALISBURY, Md. - As time passes, investigators admit catching wanted suspects gets harder, and even more difficult to prosecute.

"We could lose witnesses," explains Matt Maciarello, Wicomico County's State's Attorney. "We could lose evidence. It's very, very helpful for us to get the accused to trial in a speedy manner."

Which is why the Wicomico County Sheriff's office came to WMDT for help. They gave us 10 of their most elusive suspects, asking us to help put their faces out there in the public eye, in hopes that someone will help bring them to justice. The individuals featured were considered most wanted in the County as of March 27, 2012.

Suspect #9: 55-year-old Orna Terrell of Bethesda, MD. He stands 6-feet tall, 170 pounds. The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says Terrell is wanted on a number of open warrants. We're told he has used several aliases in the past, including: Lee Arnold, Richard Jones, Frank Sharpe, and Ervin Lee Wynn. He reportedly has an extensive criminal history, and deputies say he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Suspect #10: 57-year-old Jorge Velazquez of Mardela Springs, MD. At 5'10", 220 pounds, Velazquez has apparently been on the run for over 2 years. He's wanted on felony theft charges.

If you spot either of these men, or you have any information that might lead to their arrest, call Crime Solvers immediately at 410-548-1776.
