Psych Drugs Used For Other Reasons?

MARYLAND- Overused, overpriced and oversold. New research has uncovered a disturbing trend in our medical and mental illness fields. The number of children with at least one prescription for some of the most potent psychiatric drugs increased about fourfold in a decade. Atypical anti-psychotics such as Abilify are being prescribed by doctors to kids. These drugs are being used for conditions they are not approved for like ADD and sleep difficulties.
