DE Universities To Train Stewards of Children To Recognize Abuse

DELAWARE - The First State will soon be equipped with professionals, trained to recognize signs of child abuse. Last year Biden launched a five-year effort to train 35,000 adults. Thursday, Attorney General Beau Biden met with officials from the University of Delaware, Delaware State University, Delaware Technical Community College, and Wilmington University. All schools agreed to bring the "Stewards of Children" training to their campuses to educate faculty, staff and students.
