Old Man Winter Makes Cameo

EASTERN SHORE, Md., - If there were any doubts, we were reminded just what season it is. Old Man Winter made his presence known. But the evidence of his visit is melting away. The snow forced crews from Deldot to spring into action. They spread salt on roads, bridges and overpasses to keep ice from forming on the roads. Residents had mixed feeling about the weather.

Danielle Covey of Federalsburg, states, "Upset because I go to Salisbury University and if I would have had to walk to classes in the snow, I probably would have been upset." And Rachel Johnson Preston stating, "I was happy I like snow. I had to drive back this morning I didn't really like that. But I like snow, its fun for everyone."
