SALISBURY, Md. - Wilsie Timmons Derickson, 82, of Salisbury, died Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. Wilsie was born July 23, 1929 in Berlin, MD, to the late Raymond Henry Timmons and Addie Ford Disharoon Timmons.

She was a member of Ayres United Methodist Church in Pittsville. She was a secretary for various companies including Car Way Chrysler until retirement in 1996. Her passions were dancing, art, reading and spending time with her family.

She is survived by son, James Luther Derickson & his wife, Sandy of Willards; daughter, Sandra Halverson & her husband, John of Arlington, VA; son, Jerry Everett Derickson & his wife, Nancy of Salisbury; daughter, Cindy Hill of Salisbury; 4 grandchildren, Jim, Patty, Brent, Justin and great grandchildren, Adam, Jonathan, Melanie, Victoria and Alex.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 6, 2012 at Holloway Funeral Home where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Pittsville Cemetery in Pittsville.
