SALISBURY, Md. - Eloise Hise Taylor, 75, of Salisbury, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at her residence. Born in Mill Creek, WV, she was the daughter of the late James W. Hise and Wilda Hamner Hise.

She was a member of the Rockawalkin United Methodist Church. She worked for 8 years for the C & P Telephone Company in Elkins, WV prior to moving to the Eastern Shore. She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was a friend to all who knew her. She enjoyed reading, going on shopping trips with her daughters and was a wonderful and loving wife & mother.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 53 years, John A. Taylor; 2 daughters, Kimberly Dawn Taylor of West Chester, PA and Jonni Sue Wilhelm & her husband, Brent of Hebron; a granddaughter, Sarah Elizabeth Wilhelm; 2 sisters, Delorce Motkowski & her husband, Bernard of Salisbury and Rella Sue Voelker & her husband, Richard of Warsaw, VA; 2 brothers, Joseph Hise & his wife, Mary of Walkersville, MD and Jerry Hise of Elkins, WV. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Bill, Kenneth, Jim and John Hise.

A funeral service will be held Friday, February 3, 2012 at 1:00 pm at the Rockawalkin United Methodist Church, 27004 Crooked Oak Lane in Hebron with Rev. Patty Frick officiating. There will be a visitation at church on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00pm and also on Friday one hour prior to the service. Interment will be there at the church cemetery.
