Major Construction Coming To Delmar

DELMAR, Md.,- A big project was unveiled at the Delmar council meeting. The project? Well, it's a concert performing arts pavilion. It will be built on 110 acres in Delmar. This pavilion will be unique as it will be constructed with the use of a huge solar array.

Doug Marshall, the developer of the project says, "It takes outside the box thinkers to come up with different ideas for these projects. And I'm hoping that, the viewers will understand what we're trying to do is develop a really neat business that Delmar, will be glad and the town of Delmar and the lower Delmar peninsula will be glad to call their own."

This project, is expected to put a dozen full time and hundreds of part time people to work.
