Arrested For Reportedly Sexually Assaulting A 13-Year-Old Girl

DELAWARE - A Delaware man is behind bars - for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl.

Police arrested 27-year-old Matthew Campbell after he was found lurking near a Middle school in Camden. Officers say he sexually assaulted a child at a nearby playground - on two separate occasions. Police are still investigating and ask that anyone with information to come forward.
