Target Awards Snow Hill Elementary $100,000

SNOW HILL, Md. - One local school may soon be getting an upgrade - thanks to a major retailer and a popular TV show.

Snow Hill Elementary was one of 50 schools nationwide to receive a $100,000 grant from Target! And it's all thanks to "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." She had viewers submit the name of a school and explain why the school should get a grant. The funding is unrestricted - meaning Snow Hill can use the money however they want.
