Puerto Rico Fugitive Arrested In Del.

HARRINGTON, Del. - The Harrington Police Department says a Harrington man has been arrested for being a fugitive from another state.

Police say they were contacted by the Department of Justice in Puerto Rico about Rigoberto Sostre, 49, being a fugitive and possibly living in the town. Officials say Sostre was wanted in Puerto Rico for rape.

On Tuesday, police say they went to a residence on Clark St. And arrested Sostre. He was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institute in default of $90,000 secured bond and will be held while awaiting extradition to Puerto Rico.
