Willards Man Arrested For Attempted Armed Robbery

WILLARDS, Md. - A Willards man is in trouble with the law for allegedly trying to rob someone of their medication.

Authorities say the incident took place on Sunday around 7:00 p.m. State Police say Troopers were called to the 36000 Three Bridges Rd. for an attempted armed robbery. Frank Wells Jr. allegedly held the victim at gunpoint trying to get prescription medication.

Police say Wells was later located and arrested and is being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center. He faces attempted armed robbery and first degree assault.
