Winter Gas Giveaway Official Rules

No purchase necessary.  Void where prohibited by law. You must be 16 years of age or older to enter. Contest dates: January 30, 2012 through February 29, 2012 at 7pm. Registration opens on January 30, 2012 at 12pm and closes February 29, 2012 at 5pm. First drawing to be held February 1, 2012. Final winner must call in by 7pm on February 29, 2012 to claim prize.  Winners will be announced daily during the 6pm newscast on WMDT TV-47 starting February 1, 2012. Winners must call 443-783-5109 by 7pm that evening to claim prize. The first verified registered nightly winner will receive a $100 ExxonMobil Gift Card. No substitutions or cash equivalents allowed.  To register, go to www.wmdt.com and click on the "Winter Gas Giveaway" banner, complete entry form and click submit. Or send your name, address, date of birth and phone number on a 3" x 5" postcard to PO Box 4009, Salisbury, MD 21803-4009. Entries are limited to one entry per person per day. Prizes must be picked up by winner with valid identification from the offices of WMDT, located at 202 Downtown Plaza, Salisbury, Maryland 21801 within 14 days of the winner's selection date. By registering to win you release Delmarva Broadcast Service, LLC to use your name/likeness for promotional purposes.   By participating in this contest you agree to abide by these rules.  All submissions become the property of Delmarva Broadcast Service, LLC.  Delmarva Broadcast Service, LLC and all participating sponsors, their agencies and parent companies are not responsible for lost or missing entries.  Employees of Delmarva Broadcast Service, LLC, Gordy Tiger Mart and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
