Wikipedia's Plans To Black Out Wednesday In Protest

WMDT 47 NEWS - If you log onto Wikipedia after midnight, don't be surprised to find the site blacked out. This is the site's way of protesting two proposed federal Internet regulation bills, the "Stop Online Piracy Act" and "Protect Intellectual Property Act". Wikipedia and a number of other websites are concerned the laws are too broad and may hold website owners liable for links to sources of illegal music and movie downloading. The site will be back up Thursday.
