Arrested For Allegedly Raping A 9-Year-Old Girl

SEAFORD, Del. - A Seaford man is behind bars - for allegedly raping a 9-year-old girl.

Police say the assault happened back in August of 2009. 22-year-old Brent Kane was visiting the girl's brothers when he reportedly raped the 9-year-old in her own bedroom. He is being charged with First Degree Rape and is being held on $50,000 bail.

Kane was already registered as a High Risk Tier 3 sex offender - after he was convicted of rape in 2004.
