Broccoli and Cornbread Stuffing
1 box broccoli cuts (steamed)
1 box cauliflower (steamed)
1 box stove top cornbread stuffing (cooked)
1 small box Velvetta Cheese (cubed)
In bowl, mix broccoli, cauliflower and stuffing, put in buttered casserole dish. Cube velvetta cheese and place on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
Optional: You may add cooked turkey or chicken to this as well.
