Sweet Wet Cornbread
Ingredients:
3 Cups Water
1 Stick Butter
2 Cups self rising cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
1 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Milk
Directions:
Put 3 cups of water and stick of butter in pan, bring to heavy boil. In Large bowl whisk together cornmeal, flour, sugar. In small bowl beat 3 eggs, beat in 1 1/2 cups milk. When water and butter are ready pour into dry ingredients using a whisk to remove lumps, add milk and eggs. Whisk until smooth, pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for one hour. Cool Completely before removing from pan.
