SALISBURY, Md. - WMDT is saying goodbye to Noon Anchor and Reporter Amber Watson. Amber will be joining the ABC and Fox affiliate in Dayton, Ohio, WKEF. She has been with WMDT since June of 2008. She has worn many hats as Anchor, Reporter and Producer. Plus for over a year she has produced and hosted Good Things Delmarva, a public affairs program airing Sundays at 7:30AM.

While at WMDT, Amber's work has been recognized many times by the Chesapeake Associated Press Broadcasters Association, including her work on several Cold Case series. She was also highly involved in the community. In 2010, she rode in the Seagull Century to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association (with Reporter Ryan Hughes and former Anchor Innae Park).

Amber will be truly missed at the station and WMDT wishes her the best of luck with her new job. WMDT Reporter Alyana Gomez will be taking over the Noon in August. Until then, Good Morning Delmarva Anchor Jenn Falsetti will be filling in.
