Hello Delmarva! My name is Jenn Falsetti and I'm the anchor of "Good Morning Delmarva," every week day morning from 5 to 7. When I'm not anchoring the show I'm busy in the field reporting for you the viewers!
I'm coming to Delmarva after spending the past four years all the way up in the beautiful Northeast Kingdom of Vermont as a student of Lyndon State College. While being there I was an anchor, video-journalist, investigative, and general assignment reporter for our Emmy Award Winning college news station, LSC-TV News 7. News 7 may be through the college, but we were the main local news source for Northeastern Vermont and Northern New Hampshire, broadcasting live, week nights at 5:30. Last summer I was an intern at the ABC affiliate in my hometown of Albany, NY. My most memorable experience there would be when I got to exclusively interview former anchor of World News Tonight, Charles Gibson. It was so surreal for me, I grew up watching him right here on ABC! Charles Gibson as well as Peter Jennings were great inspirations for me as a journalist.
When I'm not here on WMDT I love spending time in the outdoors! One of my favorite activities is tennis. I played number one singles for Lyndon State College, and was awarded most valuable player two of the three years I played. I also love hiking, kayaking, and of course being at the beach! I look forward to being here on the beautiful Eastern Shore; make sure to catch me weekday mornings on WMDT and the CW!
