Nomination: "Mrs. Lantz deserves to be teacher of the month because she goes so far above and beyond for her students! She is absolutely amazing at what she does! I have a VERY shy child and she has daily month after month spent extra time and effort in helping him thrive and grow with her. She has gone to extra training conferences both at home and far away just to learn more about how to do what she does every single day. She communicates with me daily with his progress and her suggestions for how to help him grow as a student have always been greatly effective. She puts her herat into every child she teaches. For a young teacher to be so brilliant at what she does is just amazing. There aren't words to describe the heart and dedication this young teacher puts into her students on a daily basis. I've had children in schools for 8 years and Mrs. Lantz by far is absolutely the most amazing, most genuinely caring teacher I have ever met! She deserves to be teacher of the century in my opinion! She is without a doubt the absolute best of the best both as a teacher and a person."
