Woman pleads guilty in fatal shooting at Del. pier

DOVER, Del. - (AP) - A 20-year-old woman faces at least 15 years in prison after pleading guilty in the shooting death of a man whose body was found on a Delaware pier.

Chelsea Braunskill of Camden-Wyoming pleaded guilty Monday to second-degree murder and conspiracy in the 2016 death of 24-year-old Dontray Hendricks.

Braunskill is one of three people who were charged with first-degree murder in Hendricks' death. She faces a maximum life term in prison for second-degree murder.

Investigators have said Braunskill lured Hendricks to the Port Mahon pier so her accomplices could rob him.

Twenty-three-year-old Zhyhee Harmon pleaded guilty last month to conspiracy and weapons charges. Harmon and Braunskill are to be sentenced Sept. 13.

A trial for 23-year-old Daiquan Bordley, who police say shot Hendricks, is scheduled to begin next month.
