Two suspects arrested on gun charges after reportedly firing handgun into the air in Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md. - Police say that two men were arrested on gun charges after an incident last Saturday, in Salisbury.

According to Salisbury Police, officers responded to Parsons Road on Saturday at 10:40 p.m., for the report of a person with a gun.

Two black men were reportedly seen in the parking lot displaying a gun. They then allegedly walked near the car wash where police say that they discharged a weapon into the air. No one was injured.

The suspects then reportedly left the area in the vehicle. A suspect and vehicle description was given and a search found the suspects on Hazel Avenue.

After officers stopped their vehicle, they reportedly found a loaded gun. A New York man and a Seaford, Delaware man were charged with possession of a handgun.

They were taken to the Wicomico County Detention Center.
