Police: Clerk injured after stabbing in Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md. - Police say that they are searching for a suspect who stabbed a store clerk in Salisbury on Friday afternoon.

According to Salisbury Police, a suspect armed with a knife robbed the Family Dollar on South Salisbury Boulevard on Friday afternoon at 5:10 PM.

The suspect then allegedly stabbed a clerk. The clerk suffered minor non-life threatening injuries, but police are still searching for the suspect who reportedly fled north. They say he is wearing a red shirt and black shorts. The investigation is ongoing.
