UPDATE: AMBER ALERT issued in Worcester Md cancelled

WORCESTER, Md. - The Amber Alert for the missing 3 year old girl from Worcester Md. has been cancelled.

According to The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office, 3-year old Jalay Diggs and the suspect 30-year old Kayleigh Burton were located by Delaware Law Enforcement. Jalay is now safe and Worcester County Bureau of Investigation will continue with the investigation.


An amber alert has been issued by the Worcester County Sheriff's office for 3-year old Jalay Diggs who is believed to have been abducted Monday in Worcester, Md.

Police describe the missing child as a 3-year old biracial female approximately 28'' tall and 25 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing pink flowered capris and an orange top.

Police are looking for 30-year old Kayleigh Burton, a white female 5'6 tall and 175 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.

The suspect's vehicle is described as a Lexus, Gray, SUV with the Maryland license plate number 1CR3270.
