Two sought in connection to two burglary, theft incidents in Del.

FELTON, Del. - Troopers are searching for a homeless man and woman, after police say they were involved in two burglary and theft incidents, in Delaware.

Delaware State Police says on January 16, troopers responded to the Manship Chapel Church, in the 4900 block of Burnite Mill Road, for a theft complaint, in Felton. Police learned that two suspects had entered the property and removed parts from an exterior air-conditioning unit. Troopers say surveillance cameras on the property captured a man and a woman on the property, driving an older model Buick Regal.

Authorities report that the second incident happened on February 1, at the Goose Creek Car Wash, in the 1700 block of E. Lebanon Road,in Dover. Troopers responded to the scene for a burglary complaint and discovered that the suspects had used an acetylene torch to gain entry into a storage room, where the significant damage to a coin machine. The suspects reportedly stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the machine prior to fleeing the business. 

After further investigation, law enforcement identified the two suspects as 19-year-old Savanah Killingher and 47-year-old Joseph Robinette. Police say the suspects are known to be homeless and drive a 1996 grey or blue two door Buick Regal with PA license plate KLS-8973. The back Driver's side window of the vehicle is broken.

Authorities report that Killingher and Robinette have active warrants out of Troop 3 for burglary third degree, two counts of theft, two counts of criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and two counts of conspiracy.
