SEAFORD, Del - Three people are facing charges, after troopers say they were involved in an incident where guns and powers tools were stolen from a home, in Seaford.
Delaware State Police say on February 11, just before 11:40 PM, a 29-year-old man reported that six guns and Dewalt power tools were taken from his residence while he was out of town. After further investigation, police learned that the victim allowed 24-year-old Marissa Schurman, of Milford, to stay at his Seaford residence for approximately 2 weeks, while he was away.

On Tuesday, Schurman and Wainwright turned themselves in to Troop 3 where they were subsequently taken into custody without incident. After further investigation, authorities learned that one of the firearms, a colt .38 revolver had been sold to 19-year-old Marc Johnson, of Milford.
Johnson was later arrested through coordinated efforts between Troop 5, Troop 3, members of the Kent County Drug Unit (KDU), and the Milford Police Department. The gun was also recovered.
