Suspect sought in connection to Dover armed robbery

DOVER, Del. - A robbery remains under investigation, after police say a pizza delivery driver was robbed at gun point in a Dover parking lot.

The Dover Police Department says on Thursday, just before 11:30 PM, officers responded to the parking lot of Country Village apartments where they met with a 27-year-old pizza delivery driver. Police say the 27-year-old man reported that he was approached by a man in the parking lot, who demanded money from him when he showed a gun. 

According to the report, the victim complied and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. 

Authorities describe the suspect as a Hispanic male, standing 5'04" tall, weighing 160 lbs., and wearing a black beanie, green hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans, and light colored sneakers. Dover PD says the victim described the suspect as being young, approximately 15 years of age.

This incident remains under investigation.
