Police searching for three suspects after robbery in Magnolia

MAGNOLIA, Del. - Police say that they are investigating the robbery of a woman who was walking in the Paris Villa Development early Thursday evening in Magnolia.

Around 8:40 p.m., a 57-year-old woman was walking in the area of Plum Drive and Apple Run with her dog when she was approached by three men.

One of the suspects ripped open a plastic bag that the victim was carrying that had her money in it. Once the money fell to the ground, the suspects picked it up and fled northbound on Apple Run.

The victim and her dog were not injured. The three suspects were described as being 5'08-5'10" tall, and as wearing all dark clothing. The three were not reported to be armed with any type of weapons during the incident.
