Police conclude drug investigation with arrest of 11 suspects

GEORGETOWN, Del. - Georgetown Police, with the assistance of the Delaware State Police Drug Unit, Governor's Task Force, Delaware Probation and Parole, and Dover Police Department, have concluded a drug investigation with the arrest of 11 suspects.

On Wednesday, Georgetown Police executed a narcotics search warrant in the 200 building of Dunbarton Apartments.

During the search warrant 287 bags of heroin, 1.45 grams of crack cocaine, and marijuana was recovered.

Police say 19-year-old Samuel Senecharles of Georgetown and 18-year-old Dontrae Flowers of Rehoboth were both arrested for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity.

Senecharles was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $8500 secured bond. Dontrae Flowers was released on $8000 unsecured bond.

22-year-old Javar Ricketts of Lincoln was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity. Police say Ricketts was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $22,100 secured bond.

On Friday, Georgetown Police, assisted by Delaware State Police, executed a narcotics search warrant on several apartments in the 100 building of Dunbarton Apartments.

During the search warrants 227 bags of heroin, 11.57 grams of crack cocaine, .39 grams of cocaine, 15.56 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a .38 caliber revolver was recovered.

42-year-old Daimyon Gibbs 42, of Rehoboth Beach was arrested for Possession of a Firearm, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy 2nd degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say Gibbs was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $134,000 cash bond.

27-year-old Orlien J. Aclair  of Felton was arrested for Possession of a Firearm, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy 2nd degree, trespass 2nd degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say Aclair was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $104,600 cash bond.

34-year-old Karl Motto of Seaford was arrested for Possession of a Firearm, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy 2nd degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say Motto was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on lieu of $70,400 cash bond.

26-year-old Alexis Norwood of Georgetown was arrested for Possession of a Firearm, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy 2nd degree, maintaining a drug property, endangering the welfare of a child, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say Norwood was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $38,000 secured bond.

21-year-old Javontai Ricketts of Millsboro was arrested for Possession of a Firearm, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy 2nd degree, Trespass 2nd degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say Ricketts was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $52,000 cash bond.

36-year-old Brandon Gibbs of Georgetown was arrested for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child. Police say Gibbs was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $7100 secured bond.

Lastly, 26-year-old Rayleisha Gibbs of Georgetown was arrested for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug property, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Police say Gibbs was released on unsecured bond.
