One person arrested, police looking for another suspect in Milford robbery

MILFORD, Del. - Milford Police say that they are seeking the community's assistance in identifying the first suspect in an armed robbery.

After the video of the suspects was released on Monday, police received several tips from the community which led to the second suspect being described as a man with an orange T-shirt, dark-colored vest, dark-colored pants, and dark-colored sneakers with white soles.

The second suspect was also identified as a 17 year old Milford teen, and a warrant was obtained

On Thursday, the boy and his guardian responded to Milford Police where the juvenile was charged with first degree robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and second degree conspiracy.

He was arraigned through Justice of the Peace Court 3 and committed to the Stevenson House in default of $42,000  secured bail.  He was given a future court date in Sussex County Family Court.

Milford Police are still asking for the community's assistance in identifying the first suspect in this investigation.
