Drive- thru flu shots in Delaware

DOVER, Del. - The Division of Public Health will be having a drive-thru flu clinic for Delawareans ages 9 and up, in Dover.

DPH, in partnership with Bayhealth, will give free flu shots from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM to drivers and pedestrians, on Tuesday.

Any size vehicles and any number of people in one vehicle are welcome. American Sign Language interpreters and staff speaking Spanish and Haitian Creole will be on site.

Participants are asked to wear short sleeves or loose-fitting clothing for access to the upper arm.

Officials advised that those who are sick, especially with a fever, or have been advised not to receive a flu vaccination by their health provider, should not participate in this flu clinic.

The drive-thru flu clinic will be at the DelDOT Administration Building in front of the parking lot on 800 South Bay Road.
