Dover Police say on Tuesday afternoon, 42-year-old Jennifer Bell turned herself into the Dover Police Department, after she was wanted on a slew of charges including theft over $1,500 and theft by false pretense under $1,500. Police say in May and June of this year Bell used her grandmother's ATM card, withdrawing $1,800 in cash without the victim's consent.More >>
